Does Sandwich have multi-factor authentication?

Sandwich offers support for two popular 2FA methods: Google Authenticator and YubiKey.

To log in to Sandwich, you will need to provide your registered email address and the corresponding 2FA token associated with your account. Setting up 2FA is an integral part of the account registration process.

Please note that 2FA is mandatory for Sandwich and cannot be disabled. This stringent requirement is in place to ensure the utmost protection of your personal information and API keys. Although your API key file is securely encrypted and tied to your computer, it can be accessed from within Sandwich. By using 2FA during login, an additional layer of security is added to safeguard your data in the event of a compromise to your physical computer.
